what is due

After the frustration I expressed with the Great Value trash bags we bought a few months ago, I do have to give them credit for having excellent customer service. They wrote a great letter and sent two complimentary boxes of their new and improved product.

I didn't know that AJ had contacted them about this, well, until after he did it. So thank you Wal-Mart for responding so quickly and generously.

Your title is very misleading. One time I complained about GoodNights and ended up with 3 free packages of them! Those things are expensive!

That's really impressive for Walmart. (Okay, so I hate Walmart. Sorry.)

I once called Huggies about a ripped tab on my diaper and they sent me a coupon for a new box. I also called Huggies once for no other reason than to shamelessly beg for coupons. I received 3 coupons for an absolutely FREE packages plus some really nice other coupons, like $4/1, etc.
