This morning Ari got up unusually early and came running down the hall in to our room. AJ was up getting ready for work and turned around right in time to find him coming in the room. AJ said "Whoah! You scared the begeezes out of me!" and Ari quickly replied with some confusion "I scared Jesus out of your heart?"
Note to self: Don't say words like begeezes that might sound like Jesus. This could result in some theological misunderstanding.

This then led to a deep theological discussion about Eternal Security at 7:00 in the morning with a three year old! jk
However, we were both quick to reassure little Ari that nothing can scare Jesus out of our hearts!
Parenting is such a fun and awesome blessing!
